Jorin Ouwinga Embarks on Exciting Journey with Florida Farm Bureau’s Young Farmers and Ranchers Leadership Group
Supply Chain Manager Jorin Ouwinga has been selected by the Florida Farm Bureau to participate in its Young Farmers and Ranchers Leadership Group, a two-year program designed to nurture the next generation of agricultural leaders. The program, which Jorin began in November, focuses on personal growth, public speaking, media training, legislative awareness, issue advocacy and service leadership.
“Participating in the Young Farmers and Ranchers Leadership Group will be an enriching journey, connecting me with a community of passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of Florida agriculture,” said Jorin. “I am grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow and help make our industry even more sustainable.”
Jorin, who is a member of the Western Palm Beach County Farm Bureau, is our first employee to participate in the Leadership Group. He is excited to join a community of like-minded individuals eager to contribute to the growth and sustainability of agriculture in Florida. The program offers a unique blend of education, networking and hands-on experiences, providing participants the opportunity to develop the leadership and confidence to represent agriculture at the local, state and national level.
